  In case of an emergency, our protocol is to immediately dial 911 and then contact our administrator. We maintain an Emergency Contact list and instructions in the Client Binder.  This includes all relevant information on contacts and instructions provided by the family.

Long Term Care Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. Long Term Care Insurance Policies will provide for a daily expense toward the services that you require. Medicare will pay for only skilled care such as nursing and therapy services. Medicaid may cover some or all of the services medically required and can cover some type of Long Term Care for people who have limited income and meet their requirements.


Yes, all our caregivers are covered by our Medical Malpractice and General Liability insurance  as well as NYS workers' compensation


The most common home care service is Personal Care. This includes all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)


 No Licensing is available but a certification is required in NYS. To provide home health care services in New York State, a person must complete an HHATP or competency evaluation program conducted only by an NYSED or NYSDOH-approved HHATP.
